This short screener tells you whether it's a fit. Your answers are private and protected, and are only seen by the program team.

Have you been diagnosed with cancer?

Were you diagnosed within the last five years?

Do you receive your cancer care in New Jersey, or at a Rutgers Cancer Institute or RWJBarnabas Health site?

Do you have a phone, tablet or computer with video and internet for a telehealth visit?

Are you comfortable taking part in English or Spanish?

Those are the two languages our interventionists currently deliver in.
